Fixed-anchor contract validation and the narrow M1-T10 exact-time scheduling slice are approved. Catalog matching, anchor transport, route look-ahead, and full overlap repair remain future work. M1-T11’s canonical Marrakech area registry is also approved; many canonical areas still share compatibility route-cost buckets.
M1-T11 now preserves canonical identity for these areas. A compatibility badge means the
planner still uses a shared outer, far, or neighboring route-cost
bucket; it does not mean the location is unknown.
